The app works fine on my mobile devices, it’s my Roku devices it’s not working on. Yes, it's Xfinity. They are the developers of the channel/app, and only they can resolve the issue. All 4 of my Rokus have the same issue. Xfinity app stopped working. Xfinity stream app works on other platforms though so the breakdown seems to be on the Roku end. After much time talking with xfinity they also agree that this is a Roku or interface issue. Hope it gets fixed soon. Comcast actually has an app called Xfinity My Account for iOS and Android. On top of being able to pay your bills and manage services, it has a handy troubleshooting feature for issues you might. However, I had a different process. I uninstalled the app. Unplugged the roku from the tv and the power to the roku. Unplugged router AND modem. Waited 40 seconds. Plugged modem in then router and lastly the roku. Installed the app once everything was online and signed back in my account. Thanks again and hopefully my process will help others too.
