Visual Voicemail indicates that I have 1 new message, but (also) says "You must have Cricket Wireless service to use Cricket Visual Voicemail" and closes after clicking "OK". Having same issue on Pixel 3a. Visual voicemail was working. At some point it stopped. My Google Fi app says it's managing voicemails. Now the only way I can access voicemails is depressant hold the number one on the keypad. I used to see transcripts of my voicemails under the phone app under the voicemail tab.
