Talked to one guy from Uber support. He is telling me that even if my Driving Preferences shows just Uber X and not Uber Eats that I should receive requests for both Uber X and Uber Eats. Then after I actually do a few Uber Eats deliveries then at that time I should be able to go to my Driving Preferences and filter.
