I previously have left a 4.5 star review of Things but feel it has not developed refinement for sometime. Key issues still not resolved is UNDO functionality and syncing with REMINDERS. The latter is key if you have other apps that do link/sync with Apple's todo functionality such as BusyCal, etc. This makes Things a very much standalone app. I just received a reply to this review as well which is also why I am adding a star to my review. I will add the fifth star once I am able to fully integrate my smart home in the SmartThings app! Thank you SmartThings for continuing to work to improve your app and the customer experience.
