Shortcuts App Library. Shortcuts (previously called Workflow) is a free app for iOS devices that runs complicated tasks. Shortcuts can be custom made or premade and tap into many areas of the device. Each function the app supports is an action that performs a specific task and multiple actions can be combined into one task. In Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, you can quickly create desktop shortcuts to websites. With a web page open, drag and drop the icon to the left of the address bar—it’s generally a padlock or an “i” in a circle—to the desktop. This doesn’t work in Microsoft Edge for some reason. Edge won’t let you directly create desktop shortcuts. To find the Gallery, open the Shortcuts app and tap . Swipe up or down to see categories. Tap See All to see more shortcuts in a category. To add a shortcut, tap it, then tap Get Shortcut.
