Originally, Samsung supported data from third-party apps. Yet in January 2018, Samsung announced the end of support for third-party app data, plus intentions to start deleting such data from the service. Samsung Cloud doesn’t support data on SD cards. Samsung Cloud isn’t available on Galaxy devices from Verizon. What kind of data does the Samsung Members app store and how can I see what it is? I just got a notice that my storage space is running low and I checked and it seem Samsung Members is using 18gb for data storage. I want to check to see what kind of data it is before I delete the data but there doesn't seem to be any way to see what the data is.

Go to the Samsung Members app to get expert support, community connections, insider tips & exclusive perks. Any android app utilizes three sets of storage, one set for the app themselves, the second set for the app’s data files and finally the third set for app’s cache. Now when this cache becomes large in size, it occupies a huge part of the space even though it is reported that the space occupied by the cache is free space on Android. When your phone’s internal storage starts to get full, it can be frustrating. Things slow down, apps won’t install, and in some cases, you can’t even download anything. Fortunately, Samsung has a built-in way to help users see detailed information about what is taking up space, and also provides a simple way of deleting unwanted items. Thanks. I can't find much reference on Google to this app storage issue so I hope it's a random manufacturing fault. I'll attempt to contact Samsung support for their view, and assuming they'll be no help whatsoever I'll return the TV to John Lewis and perhaps get another model. I'll post my progress here.
