The problem must lie with the particular account because I can log into the same app just fine with other Google accounts. The problematic account otherwise works well (e.g. logging in on the web, using it for Chrome Sync, accessing Gmail). We use QB online version but I always use the App on my desktop. It stopped working yesterday, I deleted it and reinstalled but it still isn't working. Just keeps saying loading please wait. I can access if I go online and and login but find it easier using the app. Any suggestions why it's stopped working?
