Followed all mentioned troubleshooting suggestions including... uninstall/re-install the app, Archiving/un-archiving purchased books, logging out and back into the app. Have SURFACE 3 tried to download nook app and it says that I need to purchase the app which is free. I have windows 10 upgraded on my Surface, has any body had the same problem? This is a lot of **** I bought this tablet so than I could read nook now I have to buy a different tablet.
