My Verizon App Down. The "My Verizon Mobile" app for Windows 10 is a good example of streamlined functionality. It has everything needed to personalize & update my account along with the option to check &/or pay my bill. Some have given lower review scores sighting that this app is lacking options available at Verizon's full website. My app says the app is not able to connect. I have no problems with any other apps or connecting at the website but i havent been able to get my Verizon up rewards now for months. 3 Likes @rem93VR So my main internet cut out tonight and I was unable to reconnect to VRChat on my mobile data through tethering even though I had 45 down and 5 up. Thanks @verizon I have no power and am running on a generator and you guys were my backup for internet but you couldn't handle it.
@VerizonSupport I can't get anyone on the phone or in the online chat. I've called multiple times and sat on hold for 45 minutes. I have a down line coming to my house laying in the street. Much better than T-mobile content transfer app. First it was hours. Then it was days when it came to the amount of time I spent trying to transfer content from my old phone to the new phone using the t mobile app their store advised me to use. Finally got fed up and just used this Verizon app. It worked flawlessly and lighting fast.
