Memo App On Samsung S7. I had used the old samsung memo app on the S7, but needed them on a new S8 Note. Imported Memo's from Cloud into samsung notes using the import feature. Then switched on sync with samsung cloud. On the new s8 I just installed samsung notes and switched on sync and all my old memo notes were there. Thanks for that but that doesn't work. I have had Samsung Support have a remote look & they couldn't help either despite actually seeing the memos (well, the memo app with 354 memos) sitting there in the cloud. Even if I could open that file I could copy them manually, but it does appear it's impossible., which is a shame. With Samsung Notes, you can create notes containing texts, images with footnotes, voice recordings, and music. Moreover, you can share your notes easily to SNS. Previously made any memos from S Note and Memo also can be imported into Samsung Notes. No problems my friend.i solve it .there is a option in new Samsung Note app settings, to sync and restor memos from old S Memo app with samsung account!!! Open Samsung Notes .than in right top corner tap the 3 dots for settings.than import memo data. From Samsung account. Thats it !!!now i have all my memos from the S memo old app!!

I have a Galaxy S7 and this morning I added something to my memo and then the app stopped working and the memo disappeared. My son is having brain surgery next week and all the things I needed to remember to do were on this list so I'm panicking now! If anyone has any suggestions as to whether it is...
