Eventually got Apple TV working on the 4K Fire Stick. Had to research help from the internet as I had problems with the Signing in page just hanging. Had to Reset the Fire TV stick to Factory settings first. Then load the Apple TV app, then sign in, then the Apple TV worked. Just meant I had to reload and sign in to my other apps too. The Apple TV app is now available on three different models of Fire TV devices — the Fire TV Stick 4K, the Fire TV Stick (2nd Gen), and the Fire TV Basic Edition — with support for more models.
