Fandango is not a channel but a store in the menu so you can’t perform that operation. Somehow my account in Fandango is no longer working through Roku. I checked my account at Fandango - good to go, checked my payment method on Roku - good to go. Something obviously not syncing between Roku and Fandango. Some other tips to help with this: 1) The "My Devices" page shows a "Device ID". You can compare this to your device id, listed in the Xbox app, under "Settings -> Software Info and Support" 2) The "Settings" page will also list the user account (email address) that the app is currently activated against. Hope this helps. Solved: Fandango has been removed from the channels on my Roku. It is no longer coming up in channel searches nor is it an option to download anywhere that I see. It still shows up on the Roku app on my phone. However it will not launch when I click Posted by jaxstraww_legacy: “Fandango Now App not working”
