Has anyone been able to find and/or successfully enable subtitles /closed captions on the Disney+ app? I'm on a fully updated Roku Ultra (2018). I find instructions for all other platforms on Disney's help site, but not Roku. Currently waiting in a help queue with Disney that might not be serviced for days. Just bought a new Samsung 40" UHDTV (UN40MU6290F) from Walmart.Got it up and running, and it's beautiful. But I've hit a snag. I'm ashamed to say that I can't figure out how to turn Closed Captions on. I found "Caption Settings" under Settings-->General-->Accessibility, and set it to ON, and Caption Mode under it to "Default" (I tried all the other settings as well).

Solved: Disney plus has Audio guide turned on and there is no option to turn it off. I’ve installed and removed the app and have reinstalled it. Still same issue. I appreciate the accessibility options but I do not need this. This service is useless
