Directv Now App Roku. I Have a roku tv and an external box that connects to my other tv and it only shows the "Directv Now" app, NOT Directv app. the directv now app is a separate streaming service. So yes, there is a directv now app for customers like me can watch on tv without having satellite installed. I am trying to log into my Directv now but it shows up as Att Now(which may be right) but I cant log in. Everything is correct to log in but it wont let me. Does this app no longer work? Please help. This is the second Roku I've bought to get the app to work. Thanks in advance AT&T told customers today that the AT&T TV app is no longer available on Roku devices, effectively ending app support for virtual MVPD AT&T Now on the top OTT device ecosystem.

What happened to the AT&T TV Now (née DirecTV Now) app was that Roku stopped "supporting" it. This didn't mean that it was deleted off of users' devices, but it did mean that it disappeared from.
