This Facebook icon with alarm clock badge has now started to appear and I can't get rid of it. Dec 29, 2017 10:39 AM In my case, it seems like I get the clock on a recently used app in the dock if I tend to use that app at around the time the alarm clock appears. For example, I have one app that I tend to use at the same time every day early in the morning and if that app icon is on the recent apps side of the dock, the alarm clock icon will appear on it.
