Bevco App Company Profile. BevQ, the virtual queue management app for liquor sale in Kerala has reportedly received Google's nod to operate on Google's Play Store. The app is owned by BEVCO and is developed by Faircode. Kerala State Beverages (M & M) Corporation LTD. The Kerala State Beverages (M&M) Corporation Limited is a fully owned Kerala Government Company which was incorporated in the year 1984 and it was entrusted by Government with the monopoly purchase and distribution of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Beer, Wine, Foreign Made Foreign Liquor (FMFL) and Foreign Made Wine (FMW) in the State of Kerala. The app has been waiting for the past few weeks, which was launched yesterday by the Kerala State Beverages Corporation (BEVCO). This app has been created by the Kochi based startup Faircode Technologies Private Limited. It is worth noting that within 24 hours of launch, this app has been downloaded more than 1 lakh times.
As liquor stores are set to reopen soon in Kerala, the state's liquor app BevQ has received a go-ahead from Google, Manorama Online has reported.. The news would come as a breath of fresh air to. The company that has developed ‘Bev Q’ app claims that 35 lakh people will be able to use the App at a time. The booking will have to be done using name, phone number and place. The software will not ask for anypersonal information. The App can be used to buy liquor from bars and Bevco outlets.
