Earlier this week Instagram announced it will take fact-checking more seriously and remove or reduce the visibility of posts that include misinformation. However, if a post does get removed for misinformation, or any other kind of violation of Instagram terms and conditions, users have now the opportunity to appeal that decision.
Instagram only block an account if user perform extreme violation of their term of use. Normal accounts are blocked using algorithm but verified accounts are flagged and manually reviewed by their team to make a further decision.. The only option you have is to appeal your suspension. If you think you are blocked by mistake.
Take a testing Instagram account, put a music on video and wait. You get strike? -> NO, you cannot user copyrighted music. You don't get strike - > YES, go ahead and use simple as that . Appeal the decision- If you think that you didn’t make any mistake and it’s a false claim, let Instagram know about it by appealing the decision. It’s not important everytime Instagram block an account is due to the mistake of the user, it might also be a bug. It might be a bug- There are chances that there might be a bug in the application.
